1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by 1EG HOST ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
1EG HOST provides web hosting, cloud servers, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related services. Specific features and limitations are described in the relevant product pages and order forms.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are due on the invoice date. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for any illegal activity, spamming, hosting malware, phishing, copyright infringement, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend services that violate this policy.
6. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime as detailed in our SLA. Credits are available for downtime exceeding the SLA threshold, subject to the terms outlined in the SLA document.
7. Limitation of Liability
1EG HOST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate services immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 14-day grace period.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective 30 days after posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
