User Agreement

1EG HOST User Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before subscribing to any of our services.

The client has the right to view server status at any time. Information needed by the client is provided by direct technical support.
The client may create a backup of their site at any time or request one from the company according to the backup terms in this agreement.
The client may cancel their account and receive a full refund within 14 days of subscription start, provided it is the first payment and according to the withdrawal terms.
The client may request resolution of any server or hosting-related issue, and the company commits to resolving it in a timely manner.
The client may request changes to site data or passwords after verifying account ownership through direct technical support.
The client may cancel the service at any time, either immediately or at subscription end, following the refund policy.

Subscribing to any of our services means the client has read and agreed to this agreement. The client may not justify any breach by claiming unawareness.
The client who pays for the subscription and opens the account with their data is solely responsible to the company for all financial obligations.
If the account is used by multiple users, only the account owner may request data changes.
The company notifies the client of any agreement breach and temporarily suspends their account until resolved.
The client is given 4-7 days to transfer their site to another hosting if the company cannot continue providing service.

All service requests must be made through the official 1EG HOST website. The company is not responsible for requests made elsewhere.
All services are provided at the prices listed on the official website.
The service is activated after full payment of the invoice amount.
Service activation takes 5-30 minutes after payment confirmation.
The service guarantee is 14 days for the first payment, during which the client may cancel and receive a full refund.
The client may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at the start of each billing cycle.

We do not host sites that promote violence or defame any person, religion, country, or group.
We do not host file storage or sharing sites.
We do not host any adult content including files, images, videos, or audio.
We do not host sites related to drug trafficking or promoting drug use.
We do not host weapons trading sites.
Any attempt at hacking, theft, or uploading shells is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.
Hosting may not be used as a file storage or backup repository.

1EG HOST does not limit the number of email accounts on unlimited plans.
Email sending is limited to 30 messages per 2 hours, with a maximum of 300 messages per day.
Compromised email accounts sending spam will be suspended.
Using email services for bulk marketing or spam is prohibited.
Email sending supports SMTP protocol.

Automatic backups are generated on the server twice weekly.
The company does not guarantee the permanent availability of automatic backups.
Clients are advised to maintain their own off-server backups.
Backups are stored on external servers, with a maximum of three recent copies retained.
The company is not responsible for errors in backup operations.

The company disclaims responsibility for any content on the server; content is the client's responsibility.
The company disclaims responsibility for information published online about our services — only our official website is authoritative.
The company is not responsible for impersonation sites that collect client data.
The company is not responsible for site hacking resulting from vulnerabilities in client scripts or code.
This agreement constitutes a contract between the company and the client, and its terms may be amended at any time to ensure service quality.
